I have noticed , and I’m 72 that my reaction time is a little bit better I remember somebody threw a water balloon at me wI was able to catch it with my left hand without busing it, I could never do that before it even surprise me and I’m starting to remember some things certain girlfriends that I had that I forgot about no I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but I have been dreaming better I haven’t dream in a long time and I’ve been having the most beautiful dreams I gave you a three gave it a higher number, but besides taking me blue, I’m taking a NAD in liquid form so I placed under under my tongue and I’m noticing some difference so it’s kind of hard for me to tell which one is working. I started the method blue like about three weeks before and I recently started the NAD plus just like a week ago so I think with the improvements I think it’s coming from methane blue and I will order again and recommend

I was having inflammation in my kidneys for two weeks. My urine smelled like I had a bladder/kidney infection. I went to the ER they told me that I had blood in my urine but did nothing for me. I started to have severe lower back spasms due to the inflammation irritating my ruptured discs in my back. I literally could not lift my left arm without it pulling and sending my whole body into shock due to how bad the pain was. I would get stuck in one position for 45 minutes. Didn't know anything about Methylene Blue but I took a chance, bought the four pack, and so far so good. I'm only taking 4mg, 3x/day, but so far no side effects and it seems to help with my overall, energy, attitude, and willingness to participate in conversations and such. I’m so grateful every morning to wake up pain free, well rested and excited to take my MB! I drink it before coffee and instantly feel I don’t need the coffee! But I love coffee so I have a cup anyway. All day I’m mentally sharp and quick with zero afternoon slump. I used to be a World Class Super Coma Napper utilizing 2-3 hours of my day.
